Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with the Channel Partner Registration. By completing the registration process, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

1.1. To become a Channel Partner, you must be a legally registered business entity in your respective jurisdiction.

1.2. You should have the necessary licenses, permits, and certifications required to conduct business in your region.

Application Process:

2.1. Completing the registration form does not guarantee acceptance as a Channel Partner. Our company reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

2.2. All information provided during the registration process must be accurate and up-to-date. Any misrepresentation may result in the rejection of your application.

Partnership Agreement:

3.1. Upon acceptance as a Channel Partner, both parties will enter into a separate partnership agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the partnership.

3.2. The partnership agreement will specify the rights, responsibilities, obligations, and benefits of both parties involved.

3.3. Any confidential information shared during the partnership must be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

Performance and Sales Targets:

4.1. As a Channel Partner, you are expected to meet mutually agreed-upon sales targets, performance metrics, and business objectives.

4.2. Failure to meet these targets or non-compliance with performance expectations may result in the termination of the partnership.

4.3. Any communication or promotion to be made as per company guidelines only 

Intellectual Property:

5.1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, related to our products, services, and materials, remain the sole property of our company.

5.2. As a Channel Partner, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting and selling our products/services.

Confidentiality:

6.1. During the course of the partnership, you may have access to confidential information, trade secrets, or proprietary data. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any unauthorized parties.

6.2. This obligation of confidentiality remains in effect even after the termination of the partnership.

Termination:

7.1. Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with a prior written notice within the agreed termination period.

7.2. Termination may also occur in case of a material breach of the partnership agreement, non-compliance with the terms and conditions, or failure to meet sales targets.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad Jurisdiction.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Channel Partner Registration or partnership agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad Jurisdiction.
